Wrong on everything.

Putting a prenatal mouse on estrogen and a testosterone blocker produces a biologically female mouse. Putting a prenatal mouse on testosterone and an estrogen blocker produces a biologically male mouse. Changing the estrogen/testosterone balance is neccesarry and sufficient for biological gender differintiation.

Those who switch later in life, before surgury, are biologically similar to the sex they have become other than what amounts to some transplant surguries from a perfect donor. If you were to do removal surgury and instead stemcell implants so the body would regow the part, they would grow the parts of the gender they transitioned to.

As for sex organ sensitivity…

  1. Loss of sensitivity is a small price to pay for actually feeling right as a person.
  2. Modern sex reassignment surguries (for the past year and a half) actually do retain sensitivity.
  3. As long as approprite replacement tissues are used (such as in the last year and a half), the trans body, after adapting, will repair and grow the new sex organs as their transitioned-to biological gender.

Seriously, everything you said is horribly misinformed. But that’s not your fault as there are bigots purposfully spreading false information. So, you don’t reliably get the truth unless you’re actively in communication (or are) a transitioning person.
